User Agreement

Welcome to Atheta, a product of Kedesolutions Inc ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Atheta.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Atheta to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the tasks, events, contacts, and messages you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

4. Service availability

We provide Atheta "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kedesolutions Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Atheta.

6. Changes

We may update this Agreement. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
